Finally released, CrossCode is packed with content that will keep players engaged for hours on end, though towards the end of the story, this may not be such a good thing. Immortal: Unchained is a clone of the Souls series, with the one real differentiator being a reliance on guns over melee weapons. This could have set up some interesting gameplay, but sadly, it will likely fall a little short of expectations.
