Hunted: The Demon’s Forge takes the normal hack and slash action RPG and adds a lot of great features like the first-ever level creation engine for the console. Yet it keeps that dungeon crawl flavor we love.
Although shooters on the Wii are rare, one series keeps plugging away at it with the release of Conduit 2. The campaign mode is a bit generic, but splitscreen multiplayer really saves its bacon.
Seeing four blockbuster movies recreated as legos for the Lego Pirates of the Caribbean title is a real treat. The fact that it’s also a great game with fun for all ages is like icing on the cake.

The UnderGarden lets you swim through an enchanted underwater world while you bathe in ripples of sound and colors. Oh yea, and solve puzzles along the way.
For all the hype that surrounded this title, Homefront is remarkable only in the fact that it’s a completely average shooter, neither great nor terribly flawed. Overall, the game is fun but forgettable.
LA Noire is probably the most anticipated game of the year so far, and for the most part it lives up to its billing, though a few plot holes and gameplay shortcomings drag down an otherwise perfect title.
My Farm Life is a deceptively simple farming game that will addict you before you know you’ve been had. You could probably run a real farm with the hours you will happily put in here.
Magicka does the impossible and brings some unique gameplay to the market, mixing RPG, puzzles and adventure. As a downloadable and inexpensive title, it’s quite the champion.
