Card-based RPG Eminence: Xander’s Tales Kicks Off Kickstarter

Eminence: Xander’s Tales is a card collecting role playing adventure which takes place in a world where fantasy and science collide. It’s a trading card game where you collect cards from beating and outsmarting your opponents in a competitive high risk duel.

The card mechanics have been inspired by the Triple Triad mini-game from Final Fantasy 8, combined with the strategic gameplay of a TCG and the community/storytelling features of an MMORPG. Think Pokémon TCG meets Skyrim in a love triangle with Final Fantasy.

The Kickstarter for this is now live for folks to check out.
