GameFly, Inc. today announced the hiring of Garnett Lee as editorial director for all GameFly Media properties including Shacknews.com, FileShack.com, Ponged.com, and Gameanswers.com.

Lee, well known throughout the video game industry for his involvement as creator and host of the 1UP Radio Network's popular weekly podcasts "Listen Up" and "1Up Yours," brings more than 10 years of editorial experience and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events. Lee most recently served as executive producer and editor at 1UP Network.
