(NASDAQ: THQI) and Zuffa, LLC today announced the worldwide release of UFC Undisputed™ 2010, marking the highly anticipated return of the critically acclaimed videogame sports franchise based on the world’s leading mixed martial arts (MMA) organization, the Ultimate Fighting Championship. UFC Undisputed 2010 features over 100 of the world’s most talented mixed martial artists, unmatched combat gameplay, a robust Career Mode and innovative new online features, delivering the most authentic and expansive UFC videogame experience to date. The online fight camp feature in UFC Undisputed 2010 introduces a never-before-seen gameplay dynamic to the sports and fighting genres, allowing players to form camps of up to 40 people, similar to clans in first-person shooters or guilds in a massively multiplayer online (MMO) game. The feature will allow players to join together online to fight, train and progress as a team. In addition to providing a rich online experience, the feature brings a prominent part of MMA culture to the game, as real-life fight camps and training regimes play vital roles in a fighter’s preparation and success inside the Octagon. In addition, players will be able to manage their camps from anywhere in the world through UFC Undisputed 2010’s community site at community.ufcundisputed.com.
