Seven Wonders Hits iPad

7 Wonders of the Ancient World, a Match 3 favorite from leading developer and publisher MumboJumbo, will be available for the Apple iPad when the new device gets into consumer hands this weekend.

"We’re excited about another great platform from Apple," said Mark Cottam, CEO of MumboJumbo. "Obviously this expands distribution opportunities for our titles, but it also opens up more development possibilities. 7 Wonders is a great fit for the iPad, and we’ve incorporated a Multi-Touch feature that allows you to play the game with family or friends, which we think players will really enjoy."

7 Wonders of the Ancient World takes players around the world matching colorful runes to create the 7 Wonders. The Multi-Touch feature allows players to touch different places on the screen at the same time to make matches quicker or simultaneously with a friend. Players collect power-ups, capstones and cornerstones to help them erect structures like the Great Pyramid of Giza, the hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Statue of Zeus at Olympia and the Lighthouse of Alexandria.

"We’ve optimized 7 Wonders for all of the iPad’s cool features, so players that love Match 3 games will really have a great experience with this game," said Mike Breslin, General Manager of MumboJumbo.

7 Wonders of the Ancient World features 49 colorful levels. Guided by The Professor, players will learn historical facts about each of the wonders featured. The game can be replayed to increase the difficulty level, offering a total of 147 levels, with a different experience each time.

The new iPad game is based on the popular PC title that has been downloaded more than 1 million times since it launched. The iPad game is available at Apple’s App Store on iPad and at www.itunes.com/appstore/ for $4.99.
