Paradox Interactive are pleased to announce that the Penumbra Collection, the critically acclaimed and innovative horror trilogy, has released today in Europe!

Comprising of the full games Penumbra: Overture and Penumbra: Black Plague along with the recent expansion Requiem, all developed by the acclaimed development team at Frictional Games, Penumbra Collection is the complete story of Philip Buchanan and his journey through terror and madness!

Commenting on the process of developing the Penumbra series, Co-Founder and Sound Director at Frictional Games Jens Nilsson said, "We wanted to make a survival horror game with less violence, more puzzle solving and exploration as gameplay elements. We wanted to explore horror games as we had ideas we felt could contribute with increasing the feel of horror in the games through minimal use of weapons, hands on physics and believable puzzles and solutions."
