Gamers Ready To Vote

One of the most important presidential elections in history is about to take place, and according to a recent study conducted by the ESA, gamers are going to be lining up at the polls in great numbers.

According to a recent poll conducted by Peter D. Hart Research Associates for the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), 88 percent of adult computer and video game players plan to vote in the upcoming presidential election.

This compares to just 56 percent of Americans who are generally projected to vote.

Whether or not this means that gamers will "rock the vote" remains to be seen, but it does seem to suggest that people who play computer games are politically active.
