Hey all, I’m back with another Anime Sunday with a series from 2024’s Spring season. It’s my “Unnamed Memory” Episode One Impressions.

Plot: This is a tragedy series, something that is absolutely not apparent when watching this first episode though I did learn it by reading the light novels. So do keep that in mind as that knowledge really did sour my outlook on the entire series, which might be why I didn’t cover this series last year.

Characters: Oscar is the male lead, and Tinasha is the female lead. Honestly, I enjoy them as characters quite a bit, though that is soured greatly by what happens in the light novels.

Art: The art was pretty good and definitely better than the crud Studio Deen puts out, though not reaching my gold standard level of quality either.

Music: The music is pretty forgettable sadly.

Overall: A first episode that is absolutely not indicative of how the series ends. Honestly, I’m extremely biased against this series, but those who like tragedies will enjoy this I suppose. I just can’t stand such stories.

For those who like: Fantasy, Tragedy, and Drama.

Not for those who don’t like: Any of the above, particularly the tragedy part.
