This week for Manga Monday I’ve got another Quick Review! It’s Immortal Hounds by Yasohachi Ryou!

Plot Synopsis: This world is a strange place where humans don’t die when they are killed except for a few people. Vectors, humans that carry with them the deadly Resurrection Deficiency Syndrome, a disease that can keep someone from resurrecting when they die and it happens to be contagious.

Plot: The plot is really screwed up in this first chapter, and I don’t envy Teru at all. I’m not sure that he’s the main character even, but in this chapter he is and he’s got a crap life.

Characters: Teru and Ikumi seem to be our two main characters, at least in this chapter, and they are definitely two love birds, the rest of the cast is okay, but I’m not sure that Teru is our main character in the series.

Art: It’s gritty, and gory and very good in terms of art.

Overall: If you enjoy tragedy, Urban Fantasy or just screwed up stories, Immortal Hounds will be for you!

For those who like: Action, Drama, Romance, Tragedy, Urban Fantasy, Supernatural, Great Plot, Fantastic Artwork.

Not for those who don’t like: Any of the above.
