Kingdoms of Amalur was a fun if quirky action RPG when it was originally released back in 2012. It didn’t do great back then, but earned a legion of hardcore fans. Now remade as Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, it gets a second chance to impress RPG-loving gamers.
Rise of Legends takes real-time strategy gaming and adds some interesting and fun twists to become one of the best RTS titles released this year.
There is a distinct flavor to most games published by Microsoft, especially in the real-time strategy genre. Not that this is a bad thing.
