Bankrupt Midway Selling All Game Licenses, Studios

Midway Games Inc. has established the timeline for the expected sale of Midway's assets to the highest bidders in accordance with the sale and bid procedures motion filed with the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Section 363 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Midway recently announced a "stalking horse" asset purchase agreement, which is expected to receive court approval, subject to higher or better bids, in a hearing on June 2, 2009.
