Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Flies to Switch, PS4

PQube and WayForward are pleased to announce that PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch editions of Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition are sashaying into European retailers on 27 April 2018. Furthermore, all pre-order and launch copies will be the Day One Edition, which comes bundled with the 30-song Risky Beats soundtrack CD, and a 100-page artbook filled with unseen sketches of Shantae and the gang.

Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition is the complete celebration of one of Shantae’s best-loved adventures. Bursting with digital bonus content, the Ultimate Edition contains the game itself, plus all former DLC extras including the Pirate Queen’s Quest story expansion, the Friends To The End story expansion, Hard Core Mode and the upcoming Costume Pack mode, which unleashes the Ninja Shantae, Beach Shantae and Officer Shantae challenge modes.

Additionally, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition also contains all former “Backer-Exclusive” content from the hugely successful 2013 Kickstarter campaign, enabling everybody access to the Tinkerbat Transformation and colour swaps. And, as a final treat for fans, the Ultimate Edition contains an exclusive blue swimsuit costume not available in any other edition.
