Red Rover Starts Casual Games Portal

Red Rover Games and RedRoverGames.com have been launched as a new web-based business which will develop and distribute original casual games for consumers to download and play. The company's tagline is "Casual Games for Casual Gamers." The announcement was made today by Roger Nall, Founder/Owner, Red Rover Games & RedRoverGames.com. (NOTE: Mr. Nall is also the president of the award winning media company 11:11 MediaWorks, and a highly regarded Hollywood Visual Effects artist working in feature films and television.)

"Lost in the Labyrinth," a unique maze game, debuts as the first release from the newly formed Red Rover Games.

"Our new company will be creating original downloadable casual games for the ever-expanding casual game market," Nall said. "Every game will be available in a free Web-playable form and a downloadable demo form, with just a few feature limitations. All Red Rover Games products will be available for purchase in either a Mac or Windows format for the same low price — $19.95. While we are committed to bringing our high quality entertaining games to both platforms, we're long-time Mac enthusiasts and will always support the Mac platform and market."

The new company's lead designer and game developer is Nall's son Robert Nall, designer of "R/C Muscle," a radio control car racing/sim game, as well as "0-Day," an on-line multi-player game.

Roger Nall described "Lost in the Labyrinth" as a virtual version of the old-fashioned wooden maze game. "It's for 1-2 players of all ages. You maneuver your ball from the start to the end point as fast as you can, while dodging bumpers and avoiding holes. You can also grab a friend and play a head to head race on over 30 boards."

In addition to "Lost in the Labyrinth," the company will also distribute a unique new line of original merchandise, including T-shirts, mugs, and apparel for dogs.
