Nebraska voters will decide on November 3, 2026 whether to allow online sports betting, and casino games are not part of that question. For now, real money casino play online in the state means offshore sites that take US dollars. This October 2026 guide covers four of them, led by Sun Palace, with every offer checked against the casinos’ own pages on October 5, 2026.
Where Nebraska law stands this fall
Voters approved casino gaming at licensed racetracks in 2020, and the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission now regulates it. The commission lists racetrack casinos in Omaha, Lincoln, Columbus and Grand Island.
Sports wagers have to be placed in person at a licensed racetrack, and players must be 21 or older. The commission states that online and mobile sports wagering are not currently authorized, and the state has no licensing system for online casino games.
The sites below are offshore casinos, not Nebraska-licensed operators, so check how state law applies to you before signing up. This is general information, not legal advice.

The Picks, One By One
1. Sun Palace: online since 2002, with a $20 start
A newcomer in Omaha or Kearney usually asks two things: can I try real money games before depositing, and can I fund the account with a few dollars in crypto? Here the answer is yes on both counts.
New players redeem PALACE20 in the Coupons section for a $20 free chip, no deposit needed. The first deposit can then take 400BONUS for a 400% match up to $500, and SUNNY100 adds a 100% bonus up to $3,000 every day.
The lobby holds 400+ games from Spinlogic, including 15 video poker titles and table games such as blackjack, baccarat and Caribbean Stud. Lightning Bitcoin deposits start at $5 and CardPay at $10.
Where to play: the lobby at Sun Palace Casino opens straight in a desktop or phone browser, with no download
2. Vegas Casino Online: the long-runner since 1999
Code VEGAS20 brings a $20 free chip, and 400BONUS gives the same 400% up to $500 on a first deposit. The daily 150BONUS coupon is the richest reload in this guide at 150% up to $3,000.
Where to play: instant play on desktop, tablet or smartphone, every game optimized for mobile.
3. Uptown Aces: big first-deposit cap
UNPACK pays 250% up to $2,500 on a $25 minimum deposit, with 30x wagering and no max cashout. On Monday to Thursday mornings, GMU-OCT turns a $20 deposit into $50 of play.
Where to play: the instant casino on a computer or the mobile casino in a phone browser.
4. Slotocash: a five-deposit welcome run
The welcome pack runs to $7,777 plus 300 free spins across five deposits of $20 or more, starting with SLOTO1MATCH at 200% and 100 spins on Coyote Cash 2. Wagering is 25x deposit plus bonus.
Where to play: browser lobby on desktop, tablet or mobile, with a free demo mode for trying games first.
What to know before a first deposit
Verification comes before the first withdrawal. Sun Palace asks for a photo ID, a proof of address from the last three months and, after a card deposit, a photo of the card with the CVV covered.
Bitcoin and bank wire withdrawals start at $100 and courier checks at $150, with processing listed at 2 business days. While a bonus is active, keep each bet at $10 or less.
Three quick answers
Is online sports betting coming to Nebraska?
Voters will see two measures on the November 3 ballot. If both pass, the commission would have to adopt rules by June 1, 2027.
Can I claim a free chip and a deposit bonus together?
One at a time. Play through the free chip first, then make a deposit and redeem the match.
Does any of this need an app?
No. All four casinos run in the browser, so a phone works the same as a laptop.
Keep it fun
Set a budget before you play and stop when it runs out. You must be of legal gambling age. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org for free, confidential help.
What to watch next
The November 3 vote is the date to mark, though it covers sports betting only. Sun Palace releases two new games a month, with Crimson Castle and Treasure Sparks the latest arrivals, so the lobby keeps moving. The simplest first step is the $20 free chip: open an account and redeem PALACE20 in the Coupons section.
