This week for Shoujo Saturday I’m covering a series that I found decent, but nothing amazing. It’s Sora no Yousei, or Fairy of the Sky, by Ike Junko!

Plot Synopsis: What does it mean when a sky fairy suddenly arrives on our beautiful island?

Plot: The plot is a quick one since the series is only 1 volume long (5 chapters if I remember correctly). It’s about a girl’s interactions with the fairies that come around on a floating island every year to her island.

Characters: The characters are okay, but as I’m still sick I’m pulling a blank on their names which isn’t a good sign.

Art: Typical Shoujo fare, nothing amazing.

Overall: If you are really bored this might be worth your time, otherwise move on with your life.

For those who like: Really short series, Shoujo Manga, Romance, Fairies.

Not for those who don’t like: Any of the above.

  1. Haha, not remembering the character names is a really bad sign. I guess I’ll have to pass on this one.

Not many people do these kind of reviews. Thanks!

    1. You are always welcome, but to be honest I don’t remember because I was fighting a cold, well I’m still fighting it. The story wasn’t too bad, it’s just not really memorable.
