Hey all, I’m back with yet another rather odd entry in the Pokemon series that is often forgotten for this week’s Retro Game Friday. It’s Pokemon Pinball.

Gameplay: It’s a pinball game. What were you expecting? That being said, it was pretty fun. The Pokemon element wasn’t too annoying though it could be tedious to earn the various Pokedex entries which was the big secondary objective of it since evolving was a rather complicated process. Still, there were only two tables, though they did have subsets for various locations from the Red and Blue games that determined what was available to capture.

Art: The art is okay. It was a GameBoy Color game, so it aged fairly well.

Music: It fit a Pokemon game pretty well.

Overall: Another of the weirder but fun entries in the Pokemon series.
