Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games) today announced the sale of its Knowledge Adventure educational software business, including its titles JumpStart, Mathblaster and others, to Knowledge Holdings, Inc., a company formed by Azure Capital Partners and Telesoft Partners, two Bay Area venture capital firms.
