Skonec Unveils Release Date For PVP FPS Strike Rush

Skonec Entertainment (CEO Hwang Dae-sil) unveiled the official release date and beta test schedule of the XR (Expanded Reality) team battle FPS game “Strike Rush.”

Skonec said “Strike Rush” will be officially released on April 18, 2024 through the Meta Quest Store and prior to this, closed beta testing (CBT) will be held from January 5th to 12th.

It plans to recruit testers mainly from Anglo-American users the largest market for VR games and invite some Korean users as well.

“Strike Rush” which Skonec will release for the first time after signing the VR game supply development with Meta, is a PVP FPS genre that teams up in cyberpunk-style battlefields to engage in battles over occupied areas, providing unique combat experiences from future Seoul-inspired areas to stadiums armed with high-tech technologies and using “Blitzmon” to help players break through enemy lines or support team members.

In addition, users can create optimal play combinations on their own by selecting different special abilities and weapons for each character.

Along with the release of teasers through its official YouTube channel early next year, Skonec is preparing for an all-round global marketing campaign until after its launch in April and even after its launch, it will continue to develop new content and stories to provide users with various things to enjoy in the game.

A Skonec official said, “We have integrated the technical capabilities of the gun shooting game accumulated through the previous film Mortal Blitz and will firmly establish itself as the first success story of the K-XR game that various users around the world can enjoy in one virtual space.”
