Final Star Wars Zero Company Trailer Deploys Before August Launch

The last trailer before launch has arrived for Star Wars Zero Company, showing off its gritty Clone Wars-era story, tactical squad combat and elite operatives ahead of its Aug. 27 release.

Developed by Bit Reactor in collaboration with Respawn Entertainment and Lucasfilm Games, Star Wars Zero Company puts players in command of Hawks, a former Republic officer leading an elite squad against a growing threat in the shadows of the war.

Launching Aug. 27, 2026, for the PC on Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, Star Wars Zero Company will put players in command of an elite squad of operatives through a gritty, cinematic original story. The new trailer sets the stakes with the line, “I’m asking you to join me in going after Fathom with everything we got.”

Players will lead Zero Company through tactical operations, investigations and dangerous battlefield missions where every decision could mean the difference between victory and defeat. At their base of operations and in the field, commanders will need to adapt their strategies, manage their squad and make each move count.

The squad can include a wide range of Star Wars character archetypes, from scoundrels and astromechs to Jedi, each bringing different tactical abilities to combat. As operatives are deployed on missions, they can improve their skills, build stronger bonds and unlock new combat synergies.

Players will also be able to customize Hawks, including combat specialization and appearance, then fill out the rest of the squad with original and custom-made Star Wars characters. Loadouts, abilities and appearances can be tailored to support different playstyles.

Star Wars Zero Company is scheduled to launch on Aug. 27, 2026 for the PC on Steam, the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X and S.
