Final Fantasy III Comes To Another Console

Square Enix Inc., the publisher of Square Enix interactive entertainment products in the Americas, today announced that Final Fantasy III is available now on the new OUYA games console.

The OUYA release of Final Fantasy III features several updates specifically developed for the console including improved visuals and optimized control systems. A free-to-try demo version of the game will also be available at launch.

First released in 1990, Final Fantasy III was the first title in the Final Fantasy series to become a one million-seller, establishing once and for all that Square Enix’s classic RPG saga was here to stay. Final Fantasy III was a hallmark of innovation for the entire series, from the job system that lets characters change classes at any time, to the ability to summon powerful creatures such as Shiva and Bahamut.I remember playing the remake of this game on DS way back in the day. Of course back in the day was like 2008, but still it was a great many years ago.
