I’m back with the second entry in main character Elaine’s journey for this week’s Bookish Wednesday. It’s “Adventures in the Argo,” Book 02 of Beneath the Dragoneye Moons series by Selkie Myth.

Plot: We pick back up right where the first entry ended with Elaine having finally leveled up her healing class which merged her Light and Dark elements into a Celestial element, allowing her to get the best of both elements into a single class. She also is able to make a second class and become a fire mage at the same time.

Honestly, this entry is extremely solid and allows the character of Elaine to really shine, even if she does make some mistakes along the way.

Characters: We get to meet quite a few new characters in book two although Elaine is certainly the star of the show right now. Honestly, none of the newcomers stand out particularly and especially not when compared to us getting to know the members that make up the squad of the Ranger Team 4 even better.

Overall: A very solid second entry in this awesome LitRPG series. There are 16 books in the Dragoneye Moons series, and I am looking forward to reading them all and letting you all know what to expect.
