Hey all, I’m back with another Anime Sunday with a series from the past Fall season. It’s my “I’ll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History” Episode One Impressions.

Plot: The plot is fairly standard for “evil villainess” stories. A girl is reincarnated and becomes the villainess. However, instead of trying to avoid becoming evil, she goes full bore on trying to become an evil mastermind. However, she fails miserably and constantly. It was a fun first episode, and I would not mind seeing more episodes in the future.

Characters: Alicia is the main character, and she’s pretty amusing.

The rest of the characters in this episode were really interesting as well, but they are very much side characters at this point in the story, which is not surprising since this is still the first episode.

Art: The art is good, and it’s from the studio who did Leadale, which was a good series I enjoyed quite a bit.

Music: It is very fitting for this episode but not memorable.

Overall: A good first episode of a villainess series but not especially outstanding.

For those who like: Reincarnation, Action, Adventure, Drama, and Fantasy.

Not for those who don’t like: Any of the above.
