Hyperkin Hires Saleh For National Sales

Hyperkin, a widely recognized and trusted manufacturer of video game peripherals, has announced the addition of Leo Saleh as National Sales Director. In his new position, Mr. Saleh will be responsible for expanding National distribution and retail placement, as well as further developing awareness of the Hyperkin brand name.

Prior to joining Hyperkin, Mr. Saleh was the President/CEO of Unipro Corporation, a credit card processing company. Previous to his tenure at Unipro, Mr. Saleh was active in the modem manufacturing industry where he held a variety of positions in National sales and executive management.

Since it was established in 2009, Hyperkin has rapidly grown into an innovative developer of video game accessories that are popular with end-users and provide retailers and distributors with a financially rewarding alternative to first party peripherals. As a part of its aggressive expansion, Hyperkin has recently established executive offices in Newport Beach, California and purchased a large distribution facility in El Monte, California.

One of Hyperkin’s first product announcements of 2011 is The SupaBoy Handheld Video Game Console designed for SNES game cartridges. Equipped with a 3.5" screen, the SupaBoy is designed to look like one of the original SNES controllers and has a port built into the top that plays original 16-bit SNES cartridges.

"Hyperkin has progressed very fast since it was launched," stated Mr. Saleh. "We are planning and developing an impressive array of new and innovative products that will further the company’s position in the video game industry." Mr. Saleh continued: "The Hyperkin brand name is poised to become a respected player in the peripheral niche of the video game industry.

Our goal is to be in major distribution channels, VAR’s, and major retail chains. I’m looking forward to helping Hyperkin reach the next level in its rapid growth."
