This week for Book Series Wednesday I’m covering a book I read recently and enjoyed quite a bit. It’s A Demon Bound by Debra Dunbar!

Plot Synopsis: Samantha Martin is an imp, enjoying an extended vacation from Hel. All she wants to do is drink beer by the pool, play mischievous pranks on the humans, and get her hot neighbor in the sack. It’s a relaxing break from her infernal home as long as she manages to avoid the angels, who won’t hesitate to execute her on sight.

Plot: The plot is quite good, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I won’t get into the plot too much as it’s quite fun, but it made me laugh quite a bit.

Characters: Sam is a riot to see the world through, as she has very, very few compunctions about anything and loves to cause chaos. It’s quite refreshing to have your main character actively try to make roadkill while she speeds down highways. The rest of the cast is quite good as well, Wyatt is great as well.

Overall: This is a great beginning to a great series, you should definitely read it.

For those who like: Action, Drama, Fantasy, Urban Fantasy, Amazing Characters with little to no Morals, Great Plot.

Not for those who don’t like: Any of the above.
