This week for Sensate Saturday I’ve got another One-shot! It’s Akuma ga Kitarite by Shiiba Nana!
Plot Synopsis: Ruiji is secretly in love with Wakatsuki. But how can he declare his love when she is frightened to death every time she meets his eyes?
Plot: The plot is pretty concise, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. That being said this One-shot was serialized later so this is definitely a standout among the various romance One-shots I’ve read.
Characters: Ruiji has a truly terrifying face, but he has a heart of gold under it, for the most part anyways. Wakatsuki we really don’t get to know all that much, but I’m sure she’s further developed in the full serialization.
Art: The art is excellent, some of the best I’ve seen and easily Shueisha level quality.
Overall: For anyone who wants a quick Romance to read, Akuma ga Kitarite is definitely worth the read!
