This week for Sensate Saturday I’m covering a series I really loved. It’s Yasashii Sekai no Tsukurikata by Takeba Kumiko!

Plot Synopsis: Yuu Tomonoga is a genius who was accepted to an American university at the young age of 13 and later accepted into the university’s graduate program. Unfortunately, he loses funding for his research, but decides to drop out and continue the research on his own. He travels back to Japan in hopes of getting funding, but he quickly runs out of money for daily living.

Plot: The plot isn’t filled with action, but it is filled with enough drama and romance to suit any romantic’s tastes quite well.

Characters: Yuu is a dolt when it comes to human interactions, but damn is he a genius when it comes to physics. The rest of the cast is amazing as well, but I’ll leave the reasons as to why unspoiled. That being said Aoi is probably my favorite of the rest of the cast. She’s just an awesome character.

Art: The art is great, and suits this series quite well.

Overall: If you want a good romantic series, give this a read.

For those who like: Romance, Drama, Slice of Life, Excellent Plot, Fantastic Cast of Characters, Great Artwork.

Not for those who don’t like: Any of the above.
