In most mech-based games, you play a hotshot pilot or military commander. But in Mech Mechanic Simulator, your job is to patch the robots up after a combat, replace busted parts and get them back out there. Surprisingly, it’s just as fun as being a pilot.

Phantaruk is the first attempt at a horror game from indie developer Polyslash. While it provides an interesting setting and backstory, this freshman outing is likely too flawed to gain widespread success in the increasingly crowded horror genre.
