Hey all, I’m back with a look at more fantastic fan fiction. This time, we’ll continue with Heero and Murrue’s adventures in the Earth Sphere for this Synth Saturday’s feature. It’s Chapters 11-15 of “New Battlefield” by operation.meteor!
Plot: This set of chapters is where we begin seeing canon go off kilter. Things really start to change, but that occurs in the later chapters of this set. I won’t spoil it, but there’s a very large chapter in this section that is one of my favorite chapters in all of fiction, right up there with Tarmon Gai’don from the “Wheel of Time.”
Characters: We don’t get to meet a bunch of new characters this time around, but there are a few. I won’t spoil who they are though.
Overall: A very solid set of chapters in an excellent Fic.
