Hey all I’m back with a rather weird movie for this week’s Movie Monday. It’s Stuck on You!
Plot: The plot of this comedy film is about a pair of conjoined twins and their lives, that’s twins who are physically attached somewhere on their body for those unaware. Frankly it’s not the most exciting or gut busting movie I’ve ever seen, and if I hadn’t seen something to remind that I had watched this years and years ago I wouldn’t have remembered it.
Casting: Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear are our two main leads Bob and Walt, and they do a fairly okay job at it. Frankly the cast has some pretty big names like Meryl Streep, Cher, and of all people Ben Carson playing as himself, though not in the correct profession as he’s a Neurosurgeon rather than one specializing in dealing with kidneys.
Cinematography: The film does a pretty good job at faking the conjoined part of the twins. But other than that it’s not spectacularly interesting in regards to special effects.
Music: I don’t remember it which isn’t a great thing, though apparently Cher sang in the movie.
Overall: Rather lacking, this is a comedy film to see only if you are bored to tears.
For those who like: Matt Damon, Comedy.
Not for those who don’t like: Either of the above.
