Hey all I’m back with a look at the season ahead of us for this week’s Anime Sunday. It’s my Most Anticipated Summer 2021 Anime!

Realist Hero: I rather enjoyed the original source material, which is a rather unsual take on the Isekai genre, since it focuses mostly on things most would find boring. That being said it can get a bit dark, which makes sense since the main character’s main influence on his outlook is Machiavelli.  Still I enjoyed it quite a bit until it hit that dark spot, so maybe I’ll get back to reading the Light Novels if the Anime turns out well.

Seirei Gensouki: Another Isekai/Tensei novel adapation, but one I have yet to read as my backlog is ridiculously long as is. One of these days I’ll get to it, but in the mean time I might enjoy the Anime enough to get me interested in reading the novels sooner rather than later.

Honorable Mentions:

TenSura Season 2: I really enjoyed watching Rimuru’s antics in the first season, so this second season is going to be one I’ll be giving a viewing as well.

Fate/Solomon: This is actually a theatrical release of the final Singularity of Part 1 in Fate Grand Order, but given how amazing Babylonia was I’m really looking forward to at least hearing about this. Though it’ll probably be a very long time before it’s released on Blu-ray here in the States.

That’s it for this week’s Anime Sunday!
