SyNET Launching MMO Golf Game

SyNET Entertainment today announced that the world's first full 3D online massively multiplayer golf role playing game for PC, Shot-Online, has gone gold and will ship to retail stores nationwide on September 12, 2006. Shot-Online has an MSRP of $29.99 and has been rated E for Everyone.

The first game release from SyNET Entertainment, Shot-Online allows players to design their own golfers, build up their skills and play against other gamers world-wide in a true massively multiplayer environment. Golfers' swings are modeled from real KLPGA golfers, and the proprietary physics engine makes Shot-Online the most realistic MMO golf experience available. With already over one million players worldwide, Shot-Online delivers unlimited gameplay and no subscription fee. The retail package provides players with $20 worth of cyber cash, entry into an exclusive tournament, and a lottery ticket that offers the chance to win a grand prize set of virtual golf clubs worth $100.

"Shot-Online is the perfect inaugural video game title for SyNET Entertainment," said Harry Rhim, president of SyNET Entertainment. "The game is an amazing blend of massively multiplayer social interactivity and realistic golfing action that is sure to please any MMO or golf enthusiast."
