NetDevil Opens New Studio

NetDevil, an independent game company and leading developer of massively multiplayer online games (MMOs), today announced the opening of its new offices in commemoration of its recent expansion and 10th year anniversary. 2007 has been a breakout year for NetDevil, recently adding 30 new developers for work on the LEGO MMOG and other large-scale projects. As part of the celebration, NetDevil is hosting an open-house event, which will feature playable demos of its latest apocalyptic, first-person shooter (FPS) game, Warmonger, Operation: Downtown Destruction, as well as first looks at the re-vamped Auto Assault and latest iteration of the Jumpgate franchise. The event is by invitation only, and will be hosted at the company's new 30,000 square foot facility in Louisville, Colorado.

"We couldn't be more thrilled to host this event in honor of our 10th year anniversary, and the long awaited opening of our new office," said Scott Brown, president of NetDevil. "We've been fortunate enough to work with some really great people, and the years ahead hold so much promise. This finally gives us an opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments with everyone who has been such a vital part of this amazing journey."

NetDevil's open house begins Friday, June 22nd, 2007 at 5pm and lasts through midnight. All attendees will receive first looks at the company's upcoming games, and entertainment for the evening will be supplied by NetDevil's own band "The Deviled Eggs." Ryan Seabury, Producer at NetDevil, will also host the company's fifth annual gaming tournament where attendees can enter for a chance to win prizes, games, and the coveted championship trophies.

Scott Brown added: "We've accomplished and learned so much in the past 10 years, but the sky is really the limit on where we want to take the company. The opening of our new offices will help us expand our capabilities, make way for new talent and growth, and give the NetDevil family, our partners, and our friends in the media and video game industry a chance to see first hand what we're up to. We think everyone is in for a pleasant surprise."
