Activision Publishing, Inc. and Cabela’s are hitting the road for a mobile tour across America, showcasing two unreleased, never seen before titles: Cabela’s Survival: Shadows of Katmai and Cabela’s Big Game Hunter 2012. This nationwide excursion allows gamers and outdoors enthusiasts of all ages to be among the first to play these upcoming titles before they hit stores this fall. On route, the 42′ trailer will travel more than 12,000 miles and bring the fun of the outdoors to fans across the country.

The "Adventure Starts Here" tour began on August 11, 2011 in Sidney, NE at the Cabela’s 50th anniversary celebration and will continue on to Cabela’s and Walmarts in Minnesota, Nevada, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Washington D.C., Tennessee, Texas, and more. Cabela’s Survival: Shadows of Katmai is a brand new, 3rd-person action-adventure game that places players in a struggle for survival. Cabela’s Survival: Shadows of Katmai will be available on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and Wii from Nintendo on November 1, 2011.
